In case the minimum number of students is not met London Marketing Academy might postpone the course to a later date.

London Marketing Academy reserves the right to vary these Terms of Use from time to time. Such variations become effective immediately upon the posting of the varied Terms of Use on the website. By continuing to use the website you will be deemed to accept such variations.

Online courses

Classes that have fewer than four students will be conducted exclusively through live online sessions.

Cancellations

Written notification of cancellation of the course booking within 0 – 7 days (inclusive) of the course date, or failure to attend a course without prior written notification, will be subject to no refund.

In the case of The Academy we can refund the difference between the cost of The Academy and the total cost of the individual courses you have taken until the refund request.

All refunds will be subject to a £50 fee per course.

Intellectual property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of London Marketing Academy and its partners, who assert their right to worldwide copyright and all related rights unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
